In my embroidery "paintings," I reinterpret traditional fiber techniques, hand-stitching thread onto canvas to create vibrant, tactile works. The slow, deliberate process invites moments of pause and reflection, allowing me to stitch personal histories into abstract compositions. Through ceramics, embroidery, and other methods, I explore the curiosity and complexity of identity—how traditions, memories, and present-day experiences collide to shape how we navigate the world and imagine the futures we might build.
