Open Studio Policy
Open Studio provides self-directed studio time for up to 3 hours. You’ll have access to our glazes and tools. Clay is $5 per pound or you may bring your own (subject to approval). This session does not include direct instruction, but I will be present to answer technical questions.
Firing Policy
Open Studio pieces: Firing is subject to a fee based on the weight of each bone dry piece (after drying, before firing):
Firing service for open studio work is $1.50/lb
Minimum firing fee: $2 per item.
Large or unusually shaped pieces may incur additional charges.
Glazing Policy
Open Studio:Access to glaze and brushes are included with session fee.
Glazing by Staff:If you prefer for us to glaze your piece, it’s a $5 charge per item.
Cancellations & No-shows
Full refund with 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend.
Studio Etiquette
Clean your workspace before leaving.
Respect other makers and their work.
Only use your own or purchased clay.
Unclaimed finished pieces will be held for pickup for 30 days after firing.
